We told my boss, we need more time to do our job.
just do my project work in the absence of any support from the company.
but my boss cannot understand us.
We just want to let him know about those problems... our company's problems, his problems.
We need a promises that can let us stay here to keep going to do our best that we can do for this company and this job.
But the true is disappointing.
Boss's answers let us down.
