I should not be to self-confident.
I should be more stringent to my colleague.
I should be to do double check.
I should not be to have too much believe my colleague that he will not to fault.
Actually, I am so tired to solved the problem from someone else.
Although, sometimes you deserve this glory that you can solve the problem...the fault...
Maybe sometimes i don't wonna solve those faults...
